You will receive an initial quote with reference images.
STEP 2: Book with us (Komonk Design Studio)
Pay 10% on the basis of initial quote & finalize the designs
Note: - 10% is nonrefundable in exchange you will get the full set of designs as
signoff.
Up to 5 numbers of alterations will be provided
Finalize designs
Collaborate your ideas with us to get all the designs & quote finalized. We will share
a 3D designs with finishes for your understanding.
STEP 3: Place order with us
Pay balance 40% towards the final quote
In order to do site validation, the site must be ready with finished floor level, wall putty
& primer.
No design changes will be considered, after the payment & design sign-off
Work begins
We will begin with the sourcing and manufacturing the modular fittings. Civil work onsite
will take place simultaneously.
STEP 4: Execution
Balance Pay 50% payable before delivery of modular fittings at site.
Civil work begins after 4 working days from the advance payment of 50%
Delivery and installation
We will get the manufacturing of Modular furniture, the carpentry, fabrication, and
installation works. We will install all products at site.
Move in after the project handover
Note: - Timeline will vary as per the requirements for every interior project. The timeline will
be given in writing before the 40% payment.
Standard timeline will be 40 to 45 days of modular fittings with installation from the date of
signoff & advance payment of 50% of the project cost. (2BHK house)
